After sparking fan frenzy in the early 90s with his iconic Calvin Klein ad, Mark Wahlberg impressed again and showed off his dedication to fitness.
On Thursday, the actor took to Instagram to flash his abs and shredded physique after enduring a “4 am club” workout.
The Father Stu star was inundated with praise as he lifted his Municipal brand shirt to showcase his toned six-pack.
Mark’s core was remarkably defined and they were surprisingly barely distinguishable from his early days in Hollywood.
Following a brief appearance in his younger brother Donnie Wahlberg’s successful boyband, New Kids on the Block, he was photographed for Calvin Klein in 1992.

In the workout clip, the 52-year-old gave fans insight into his routine and let fans know that he didn’t skip leg day.
Throughout the video, he performed exercises including leg presses, barbell split squats. leg extensions, deadlifts, and wall squats.
Mark was also accompanied by friends who struggled with the tough workout, however, the group made it through and enjoyed a cool-down in an ice bath.
