As another episode of Lorraine aired on Friday morning, guest host Christine Lampard appeared to make an awkward blunder live on the programme.
Prince William is celebrating his 42nd birthday and the ITV show made sure to mention the special day as an ode to the future king of the United Kingdom.
However, Christine, 45, made an error after she mistakenly said it was Prince William‘s birthday yesterday rather than today.
An eagle-eyed fan spotted the mistake and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to point out the error. They wrote: ” It was not williams birthday yesterday, it’s today! But why let a little thing like a fact get in the way. #Lorraine.”
Towards the end of the show, Christine was joined by a royal correspondent as the pair discussed Kate Middleton’s sweet tribute post for her husband on Instagram.
