ITV Emmerdale’s Vinny Dingle riddled with guilt after Gabby Thomas kiss | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Emmerdale‘s Vinny Dingle (played by Bradley Johnson) and Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) finally seem to have their timing right this week when they kiss, but it ends badly for the pair. Having bonded over drinks, the friends find themselves kissing.

It has been a slow burn for the pair, who first appeared to be drawn to each other romantically last month after Mandy Dingle (Lisa Reilly) asked Gabby to spend some time with lonely Vinny. However, after spending some time together, Vinny misread the situation. He leaned in to kiss her but it was clear she didn’t feel the same.

Although he was absolutely mortified by what happened, the pair have remained friends and it seems that Gabby’s feelings have changed. Spoilers released by ITV for next week’s episodes show that in scenes to air next Wednesday (May 12) they finally lock lips.

While it appears that they are now a couple, Vinny later gets flustered when Gail Loman (Rachael Gill-Davis) admits she knows he’s a virgin. Although she is trying to be helpful by, offering him assistance, Vinny feels the pressure.

Having just finally got his relationship with Gabby off the ground, he snaps and calls things off with her. Gabby is embarrassed by his change of heart, leaving Vinny riddled with guilt.

Most hurtful was discovering Jamie Tate (Alex Lincoln), the father of her son, faked his own death.

More recently, her luck seemed to be changing when she met newcomer Nicky Milligan (Lewis Cope).

It wasn’t long before the pair were engaged and planning their big day to celebrate with their loved ones.

However, on the day of their wedding, Gabby was horrified to learn Nicky was gay and was only with her as part of a plot to get revenge on Kim Tate (Claire King).

Emmerdale is on ITV and ITVX weekdays at 7.30pm.
