Teenager Bahir was killed after a Russian missile strike hit a market in the town centre in the middle of the day, killing 16 people, on September 6.

CCTV captured the moment the missile fell on the street, sending dozens of civilians running for their lives. The incoming rocket sends an ominous whistling sound through the air before a violent explosion engulfs the street in flames.

Bahir was buried two days later, on Friday, September 8. He was not a soldier.

Women in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are often issued equipment designed specifically for a man, including boots, overalls and underwear.
