Erin Napier is one proud wife. The HGTV star showed off her husband Ben Napier’s massive weight loss with a shirtless photo in honor of his 40th birthday.
“Lordy lordy, Big Ben is 40! He and my daddy both had milestone birthdays this week! I want to be like you, @scotsman.co: never looking back or feeling sad about our youth getting further away, but always feeling so grateful for right now,” she captioned the gym photo via Instagram on Monday.
“You’ve worked so hard this year to rehab your shoulder and transformed yourself in the process,” she continued. “The girls and I are so thankful for you. Here’s to 50 more birthdays together. I love you!”
In the mirror selfie, Ben is sweating it out as he’s surrounded by gym equipment.
In July, the “Home Town” stars again revealed Ben’s impressive transformation. Erin noted that her love “got hardcore about his health and fitness last winter ahead of his big shoulder surgery.”
Ben underwent the operation so he could sleep better on his back and lower his BP. “Mission accomplished,” she quipped, with a fire emoji.
Ben kicked off his health journey in 2018 when he revealed that his father had gone through emergency bypass surgery.
Welcoming the couple’s daughter, Helen, also kickstarted his weight loss. “Bringing Helen home and getting to experience those first few weeks with her and seeing how fast things change with children, it got my attention,” he said during a “Today” show interview in 2019. “She was different every day, and I want to experience as much of her life as possible. I want a long life so I can be there for Erin and Helen.”
The pair are also parents of daughter Mae, whom they welcomed in 2021.
