However, social media has been abuzz with tears of laughter over one man’s unwavering commitment to ‘The Ketchup Song’ by Las Ketchup during a brush with danger on the highway.
While blissfully driving and singing along to the catchy tune, he was abruptly startled as a massive lorry began to merge into his lane.
A user took to X, previously known as Twitter, to express that he was “f**king crying” at “the way he kept singing to the beat”, admitting it was “killing” him how the driver maintained his singalong amidst the harrowing situation.
The video, likely captured by a dash-cam, showcases the driver vocalising the hit track while navigating the road.
Out of nowhere, a lorry starts to drift into his path, and with little time to spare, he continues driving, edging closer to the central reservation to dodge a potentially catastrophic crash. Yet, it was his relentless dedication to ‘The Ketchup Song’ that truly sent viewers into fits of laughter.
Instead of halting his performance, he pressed on with the lyrics, albeit in a noticeably panicked tone, as the lorry encroached further into his lane narrowly avoiding what could have been a deadly encounter.
