Dakota Johnson suffered every girl’s worst nightmare during her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
The 34-year-old actress dropped in to chat with Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday night to promote her upcoming movie, Daddio.
For her appearance, Dakota wowed in a black dress, designed by Bottega Veneta, which featured gold floral-embellished straps.
While things got off to a smooth start the Fifty Shades of Grey actress experienced an awkward mishap.
“Dakota, your dress just came unhooked,” host Jimmy warned shortly after a clip of Dakota’s upcoming film played.
“Are you alright? Should I get some Scotch tape?” he playfully asked.
“My dress just…it just fell off,” Dakota confirmed as she attempted to piece the garment back together again.
“I’ll just hold it,” the Am I Ok? star announced as she tried to shrug off the blunder to talk about her newest acting project.
At one point, Dakota decided to clutch her breasts to protect her modesty, laughing in disbelief and sarcastically telling Jimmy: “The movie is really good.”
Thankfully the outfit Dakota arrived at the ABC studios in was blunder-proof.
She rocked a black button-up cardigan, a white T-shirt, and a baggy pair of jeans.
The look was completed with a pair of dainty white heels, some trendy cat-eye Bottega Veneta sunglasses and gold Monica Vinader x Kate Young large hoop earrings.
